Summer is winding down

Been a long time between posts!  The fiscal year at Grace runs September through September and our vacation time doesn’t carry over from year to year, so many of us take most of our vacation time in the summer.  I am no exception. Over the last couple weeks we’ve been to the Bronx Zoo, Howe’s Caverns, Fourth Lake and Zoom Flume water park.  We all had a blast and I will be posting some video and pics to Facebook.
I am looking forward to September, there are several big events going on.  First, we will begin our “My Life” series at Grace.  We are looking forward to this series as it will cast the vision for Grace for the coming year.  We have been planning and preparing for the series, it should be both fun and inspiring.  Second, our annual Ride4Love bike ride is coming up on the 19th.  This is a charity ride for a great cause, to learn more visit our site at: http://www.ride4love.com.  Third, I will be moving this blog to a new site, pour into others .com. The new site will give me a bit more flexibility and space for uploading media.  I will post a final post here when that time comes so you can re-point your browser or RSS subscription at the new site.  We are still working out some of the kinks, but it is shaping up.  Looking forward to another great year!
